Project Manager - People & Organisation

Context

While we have been engaged in projects in People & Organization for many years the decision to establish a dedicated platform underscores our belief in the growth potential of People & Organization business particularly by leveraging existing relationships with RB clients and replicating our success in key markets including the Middle East United States and France. Our team has achieved significant organic growth doubling business in the last two years.

Team Structure

The global platform will be led by three co-Heads with 13 Partner/Principals currently already assigned. We are currently adding two external partners (from BCG and Deloitte) who will join the team in 2025. One of the global co-Heads Frederick Van Gysegem (with RB since 2014) will focus on expanding our business in the Middle East.
