Responsibilities
Role Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for managing small to mid-size
projects that are within the business tower. This role involves overseeing project
deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle and ensuring timely, within-budget
completion. The Project Manager will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders,
ensuring projects meet CTC’s PMO methodology and customer expectations
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Project Management and Delivery:
- • Manage the full project lifecycle for small to mid-size projects, ensuring compliance with CTC’s PMO methodology.
- • Develop and implement project plans, from initiation to project handover.
- • Define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders, including customers, project teams, principals, subcontractors, and others affected by the project.
