Job Description
Role Summary: Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The PM acts as the primary orchestrator between technical teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lifecycle Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
• Resource Coordination: Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including task assignment and workload balancing using integrated digital ecosystems.
• Agile/Hybrid Execution: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, adapting methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to fit project needs.
