With a strong background in managing Salesforce projects, you will take charge of client interactions, ensuring that each project meets defined financial and quality metrics. Engage with stakeholders from kickoff to completion, actively participating in the delivery of high-quality AI strategies and digital solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control project timelines and finances
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to track project status
• Own user story creation and manage acceptance criteria
• Guide the development of training materials for users
• Work closely with technical teams to fulfill client requirements
Requirements:
• 5+ years of project management experience on Salesforce
• Familiarity with Agile practices
