 Description: Purpose of Role:

The Ship Repair Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ship repair, maintenance, and conversion projects. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate closely with Customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage ship repair, maintenance, and conversion projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Conduct safety meetings and oversee shipboard safety management.

Ensure all additional works are properly documented for quotation follow-ups by Estimators.
