Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project and provide timely updates
Deliver project on time, to budget and to other agreed criteria within corporate guidelines including the client’s requirements
Represent company to lead projects
Motivate and lead team in executing and completing projects successfully with management’s desired end-result
Execute project innovatively with better methodologies in time and cost management
Responsible for all site matters
Ensure compliance with all governmental and building regulations
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
