Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Overall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects
Manage project schedule, cost control, quality, and safety performance
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Prepare and monitor master programme, project budgets, progress claims, and variation orders
Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, NEA, LTA (if appliable), and statutory requirements
Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
Identify risks and implement mitigation measures
Chair project meetings and prepare progress reports
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
Requirements / Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field Singaporean/PR
