Role: Project Manager – Workplace Renovation & Relocation (Technical Delivery)
We are hiring a Project Manager to lead workplace renovation and relocation (reno/relo) projects with a strong emphasis on technical delivery and execution. The ideal candidate comes from real estate / workplace services firms and must have hands‑on experience in construction, fit‑outs, and project execution teams (PDS/technical teams).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace renovation & relocation projects
- Drive technical execution including design coordination, construction, and fit‑outs
- Manage project planning, budgeting, timelines, and risk
