Project Manager

Job Description

• Identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Co-ordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
• Prepare project proposal, think of a temporary time frame, scheulde and budget
• Prepare work statement or methodology
• Monitor, track and report of project's progress, and handle issues that arise
• Co-ordinate activities on scheduling, monitoring and conduct project review meeting
• Mange subcontractor's executions at site to ensure adherence to requirements and quality standards

Job Requirements

• Professional Engineering Board (PEB) recognised Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' of LTA project experience in the construction industry
