Project Manager – Smart Construction & Digital Building Systems

What you will do:

Overall responsibilities include project delivery, smart building systems integration, stakeholder management, procurement, testing and commissioning, risk and compliance, and team leadership.

Project Delivery & Construction Coordination

• Manage full project lifecycle from design coordination through construction, system installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Coordinate with main contractors, architects, MEP consultants, civil teams, and trade contractors to align technology scope with construction schedules.
• Lead delivery of ELV, ICT, and smart building systems within complex construction programs.
• Ensure technology works are fully integrated with architectural, structural, and MEP provisions (containment, power, space, access, and safety).
