**Job summary**
- Responsible for promoting plant start-up planning and coordination, including new project/mass production project transfer/unit improvement project.
**Main tasks and responsibilities**
1.Responsible for project initiation, formulation, implementation, evaluation, and management
2.Develop a project plan and related implementation steps according to project requirements, and supervise and manage the entire project execution process
3.Coordinate resources, effectively manage technical and business issues, and ensure the normal progress of the project;
4.Organize communication with project related personnel, determine responsibilities and authorities, analyze project risks, and propose effective solutions
5.Regularly report project progress, track project progress, and pay attention to project outcomes;
6. Sign project contracts with clients to ensure timely completion of the project;
