Project Manager

Job Summary Manage and supervise works done at the project site, from initial project preparation until the completion of handover. Duties/Responsibilities Managing and Oversee Design & Project Operation Dept. 1. Manage all projects especially Architecture related matters 2. Communicate the project plan to clearly define individual responsibilities, schedules and budgets 3. Work closely with Engineering Service dept. to ensure updated construction drawing are use 4. Work closely with Supply Chain & Procurement for machinery and materials orders 5. Manage and monitor all the material wastage 6. Manages and deployment of resources (manpower, material, machineries) required to achieve project schedules 7. Organize & manage sub-contractors to achieve project schedule 8. Ensure the projects finish on time with quality & profitability to the company 9. Provide value Engineering dealing tender and project execution 10.
