The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects. This includes developing detailed work plans, establishing project timelines, assigning tasks to internal teams, monitoring progress, managing budgets, troubleshooting challenges, ensuring quality control throughout the process, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Manager is also responsible for liaising with external stakeholders such as clients, vendors, partners, contractors, etc., as well as providing regular updates on project status.
