Project Manager

Position Type: Full‑Time

Position Summary: The Project Manager leads and delivers assigned projects across AIMA’s service areas, including governance support, financial administration initiatives, community programs, and Nation capacity‑building projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are not only coordinated, but fully implemented, operational, and aligned with community priorities. The Project Manager works directly with First Nation leadership, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive outcomes, resolve issues, and ensure successful program delivery across multiple initiatives. This position operates as a cross‑functional role supporting AIMA’s internal operations, affiliated business entities (including Shelly’s Indigenous Bistro), and First Nation partner communities.
