About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Project Officer to join the friendly and multidisciplinary team delivering the Toad Containment Zone (TCZ) - a landmark biodiversity protection initiative aimed at halting the southward invasion of cane toads into Western Australia’s Pilbara region. This role is based at Curtin University’s Bentley campus.
As the TCZ Project Officer, your primary responsibility is to manage the project’s administration and finance processes. You will navigate the University’s processes to achieve project objectives, oversee financial reporting, liaise with project partners and members, coordinate supplier onboarding, support the project manager to track deliverables and milestones, support logistics coordination for project activities and manage team meeting administration.
