Project Planner (Fixed-Term)

Position at the Research Program Unit, Faculty of Medicine, University of Helsinki, Meilahti Campus. The role begins in June 2026 and is initially 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

Overview

This role supports the Principal Investigator in grant application writing, project management, and laboratory‑wide administration. The Project Planner will help ensure projects move efficiently from concept to publication, strengthening the laboratory’s competitive grant capacity and research delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant applications, support proposal writing/editing, and assist with reporting, milestones, and deliverables.
• Organize meetings, document decisions and action points, and proactively follow up on bottlenecks across parallel projects.
