Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
Identify and address any issues that may arise during production with relevant departments.
Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of their orders.
Communicate with customers on enquires as and when required.
Coordinate customer inspection, delivery and collection arrangements.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
