Job Description

                Project Delivery    

        Lead end to end delivery of UX initiatives across design, content, research workstreams.    

        Translate business and product objectives into clear UX scopes, project plans, timelines, and milestones.    

        Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, dependencies, and delivery plans.    

        Track progress, risks, and issues; proactively communicate tradeoffs and mitigation strategies.    

    Cross Functional Collaboration    

        Partner with Product Management, Engineering/IT, Marketing, and Operations to align UX work with roadmaps and release plans.    

        Participate in agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups) and bring in UX resources at the right moments.
