Responsibilities
- Tendering and Procurement: Prepare tender documentation and contracts.
- Negotiate contracts with main contractor to secure favourable terms.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts.
- Monitor contract compliance and address any contractual issues.
- Administer contract variations, claims, and extensions of time.
- Cost Control and Financial Reporting: Track project progress and identify cost overruns.
