Project Sales Manager

Business Development Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the commercial sector, including office developments, mixed-use developments, institutional buildings, and infrastructure projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, main contractors, and M&E contractors to promote the company's security and ELV solutions. Actively participate in early project discussions and design stages to position the company for upcoming tenders. Tender and Proposal Management Review consultant specifications and tender documents related to security and ELV systems. Prepare technical proposals, solution concepts, and pricing strategies for project tenders. Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure timely submission of technically compliant and competitive tender proposals.
