Job Summary
Skud Technical is looking for a Project Service Coordinator to support daily project operations, site team movement, scheduling, accommodation, claims, logistics, and project administration.
This role is suitable for someone highly organised, strong in follow-ups, and able to coordinate between site teams, project managers, engineers, accounts, admin, and management to keep project operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily movement and deployment of engineers and technicians to project sites
- Track which team members are assigned to each site, project, and work schedule
- Arrange accommodation, transport, site access requirements, and basic logistics for project teams
- Follow up with engineers and site teams on attendance, site updates, reports, readings, and pending information
