**Key Responsibilities**:
- Triage ticket by type and scope.
- Create WO- (working orders)
- Ensure project creation and booking.
- Pull OSS log and latest RFDS.
- Check for needed materials.
- Provide Tier 1 support for the crews.
- Submit closeout in MDAT.
- Request PO from Project control.
- Ensure timely client invoicing.
- Track progress on site.
- Submit Invoice in ACAS
- Milestone Updates Assist the Project Manager with daily activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Software Used: Microsoft Suite (outlook, word, excel)
- Advanced English (C1,C2)
- Ability to construct fluent sentences without hesitation in translation.
