Job Description

Our client is a growing, reputable commercial general contractor serving the North Carolina market. Projects include ground up commercial office, healthcare, education, religious buildings and historical renovations. The Superintendent will lead all aspects of company's safety culture while successfully executing assigned projects.

In addition the Superintendent will:

  • Provides management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.

  • Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety and Quality.

  • Develops work plans for subcontractors and any self-performed work.

  • Coordinates and manages the care, custody and control of the project site.

  • Leads various meetings including daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
