Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS . Must hold any qualifications or certificates related to Building and Construction. . Must posses Driving License Class 3 . Must have a minimum 3 years experience, preferably in Construction Industry. . Good and Strong Communication Skills. . With Leadership Skills. . Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense environment . Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. . Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management . Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION . Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule in his assigned project sites. . File all project documents (hard and soft copies). . Responsible to track project changes. . Compile project summary documents. . Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings. . Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs are completed as prescribed.
