Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion of works.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings as required.
- Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and site requirements.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
- Assist in planning manpower, equipment, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action trackers.
- Monitor work execution and provide regular updates to management.
