Promotions Coordinator (Xico)

Job PurposeIn charge of strategic and operative promotional processes locally and regionally as well as the tactical implementation of Marketing activities related with third partners, media and exhibitions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide tactical and operational support to the Sr Promotions Manager (Mexico/LATAM).
Handle the communication between the area and the creative agency, to brief, revise and approve creative concepts to be presented to potential third partners.Look for new partner opportunities from different categories, verticals, trends and potential partnerships.Support the Sr Promotions Manager in campaign presentations, promotional big ideas and ICOs (initial campaign overview).
Support communication between partners and the different NBCU business contacts.Local/regional monitoring of the product exchange operational process (negotiation, follow up with contacts, ordering, shipping and reporting).
