Responsibilities
Promotions Strategy & Calendar
- Develop and manage monthly and quarterly promotions calendars aligned with acquisition and retention goals
- Plan campaigns across sportsbook and casino verticals (e.g., deposit match, cashback, free bets, free spins, leaderboards)
- Align promotional cadence with key sporting events, product launches, and partnership milestones
Bonus Mechanics & Structuring
- Design clear, competitive, and commercially viable bonus structures with defined wagering requirements, caps, and eligibility criteria
- Draft and review promotional terms & conditions for clarity and PAGCOR regulatory compliance
- Ensure promotional mechanics are financially sound and aligned with expected GGR contribution
- Model bonus cost scenarios and projected revenue impact
