A leading fully integrated real estate investment, development and asset management company has an exciting opportunity for a Property and Service Charge Accountant to provide financial accountancy support across a diverse and growing property portfolio.

This business has formulated and implemented a highly successful acquisitive business strategy that has enabled them to build a diverse and high performing property portfolio containing a variety of asset classes.

As the Property and Service Charge Accountant you’ll have a unique opportunity to join a well organized team as well as assisting with the implementation of new Service Charge processes and procedures;

Manage and undertake the production of Property and Service Charge Accounts

Calculate Service Charges and apportionments

Process periodic service charge demands with ad hoc recharges to tenants
