Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records for assigned properties.
- Record and reconcile rental income, common area maintenance (CAM), utilities, and other property-related revenues.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and tenant billings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
- Ensure timely collection and proper posting of rent and other charges.
- Coordinate with property managers regarding billing issues, delinquencies, and expense controls.
