The Town N Country Mall is currently hiring a Property Administrator in Moose Jaw.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Responding professionally and promptly to resolve tenants/shoppers inquiries and requests
- Handling leasing inquiries
- Working collaboratively with the Leasing team to support leasing activities
- Establishing strong working relationships with tenants, shoppers and vendors/trades
- Monitoring check-in and check-out for trades
- Scheduling and conducting inspections
- Helping coordinate vendors/trades for deficiencies and repairs
- Conducting regular building inspections and documenting any deficienciesEnter AP/AR into Yardi system
- Identifying opportunities to foster engagement within the building and with tenants
