Property Appraiser - Onsite Valuations (Makati/Ortigas)

BDO Unibank in Mandaluyong is seeking an Appraiser to conduct property appraisals through desk reviews and on-site inspections. Responsibilities include coordinating appraisals, preparing market valuations, and verifying collateral documents.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have at least 2 years of experience in appraisal management. This role requires working onsite and may be assigned to Makati or Ortigas.
