Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, networking, and marketing channels.
• Handle both property sales and rental transactions.
• Promote and sell residential and off‑plan property projects.
• Manage rental listings, inquiries, and tenant‑landlord requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, calls, and property presentations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively.
