Property Consultant

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Property Consultant role based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the full property cycle, including identifying suitable listings, conducting viewings, and advising on sales, purchases, and rentals. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining an updated property portfolio, and preparing accurate documentation such as tenancy contracts and sales agreements in line with UAE regulations. The role involves building long‑term relationships with clients, providing market insights, and offering clear, transparent communication throughout the transaction process. The Property Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and associated property experts to support special deals and ensure a high standard of customer experience.
