A dynamic investment and commercial property management firm is seeking a Property Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue across its portfolio. The role involves building relationships with key property professionals brokers, valuers, landlords, and tenants facilitating and negotiating new lease agreements, and marketing existing vacancies across commercial, industrial, and retail properties. The consultant will develop strategies to maximise portfolio effectiveness, generate new revenue streams, and reduce foregone income, while ensuring all activities align with the organisations objectives and operational procedures.
