- A graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and other related courses
- With good scholastic records
- Methodical and exhibits positive working attitude
- Must have at least one (1) year experience in supervisory position
- Must be able to take full responsibility in assuming over-all management of mall operation
- With proficiency in computer software packages
- And can work with minimal supervision
