Property Executive

Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Salary: Up to $3,500
Locations: Bedok / Affinity / Woodlands

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple buildings and execute all related duties.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance and administrative staff.
• Conduct routine inspections of maintenance or improvement works.
• Provide advisory support on facilities management matters.
• Ensure all maintenance functions meet the highest client and subsidiary proprietor standards.
• Handle maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management operations.
• Guarantee that all contract work and routine servicing are completed as specified in contracts.
• Review contracts, agreements and insurance before expiry, recommending renewal or calling for quotations/tenders.
• Coordinate and attend council and general meetings.
