Property Maintenance Officer

Our client is seeking a proactive and driven Property Maintenance Officer to join their property management team in Port Elizabeth. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities across a portfolio of commercial properties, serving as the primary point of contact between tenants, contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will take ownership of maintenance projects, ensure buildings are well maintained, manage contractor relationships, handle tenant queries, and oversee insurance-related matters while delivering exceptional service standards.
