Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management & Asset Performance

• Manage the day-to-day operations of approximately 12–15 retail and commercial properties
• Drive portfolio performance, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction
• Ensure company-owned assets are maintained to the highest operational standards
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement operational improvements
• Protect and enhance the long‑term value of the property portfolio

Tenant & Leasing Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders
• Work closely with the Leasing Team to maximise occupancy and improve tenant retention
• Support lease negotiations, tenant installations, renewals, and handovers
