Property Manager

**Full-time| M-F, 8am-4:30pm| PG12| Weekly earned wage access is an option.**
**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** You will ensure single-family units, owned by the Housing Authority of the Choctaw Nation, are maintained to provide members with low-cost, quality housing and homeownership opportunities. You will report to Housing leadership.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will schedule maintenance of assigned single-family units through work orders, following the lease agreement and state and federal laws regarding proper procedures.
2. Conduct environmental assessments and Davis Bacon wage compliance tasks.
3. Schedule appointments and meet with tenants and contractors for repair needs.
4. Manage the delinquency and occupancy of assigned single-family units, file petitions and attend court hearings as a representative for the Housing Authority.
5. Observe and assess member and household needs through site visits and reports.
