Senior Real Estate Agent

Position located in Badalona Port, Spain.

Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of Badalona Port to source and list properties for sale in target areas.
• Collect and verify all required property documentation.
• Sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring company commission policy is in place.
• Keep the CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain a personal database aligned with commercial activity.

Qualifications

• Strong previous experience in the real estate sector.
• In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes.
• Advanced in English and Spanish.
• Organized and prepared to work flexibly.
