+ Oversee all property management, inventory control, and facility maintenance operations

+ Manage the full lifecycle of government property, including receiving, tracking, distribution, and disposal

+ Maintain accountability for $1–3 million in center property and ensure strict loss control procedures

+ Monitor inventory levels, coordinate ordering, and manage warehousing and distribution of supplies

+ Provide daily leadership and quality control for facility maintenance, including preventative and corrective work
