Proposal Engineer / Sales Administrator

Job Responsibilities of Proposal Engineer / Sales Administrator:

• Candidate should have worked in Costing/Bidding/Proposal/Sales team in previous engagements, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, preference will be given to those who can work on PPT, Visio and MS Projects.
• Candidate should have knowledge of the entire bidding process and related documentation requirements.
• Candidate should have knowledge of writing RFI, RFQ and Proposals.
• Candidate should have working experience in an IT related company.
• Candidate should have effective communication skills with the ability to exchange information both speaking and writing.
• Candidate should be comfortable coordinating with other team members/departments while developing the costing/proposal.
