Job Description
You will provide professional prosecution services, including provision of legal advice to members of the Service on matters before the Magistrates, Childrens and Coroners Courts. Emerald Police Prosecution Corps is a small office with a combined team of both sworn and civilian prosecutors, supported by an administration officer.
Prosecutors are responsible for police related matters in the Emerald Magistrates Court District in addition to servicing Magistrates Courts at Blackwater, Woorabinda, Moranbah, Clermont, Longreach, Winton, Barcaldine and Blackall.
