Prospect Research & Data Specialist

WINS is seekinga Senior Prospect Research Analyst to lead prospect research and steward thefundraising data practices, processes, and reporting frameworks that support astrong and effective philanthropy program.

Over the nextthree years, WINS will embark on a comprehensive fundraising campaign to bettersupport women and their families in Calgary. This role will be critical to thesuccess of that campaign by leading prospect identification and donorintelligence work, strengthening portfolio and pipeline practices, and ensuringfundraising data and processes are structured to support informeddecision-making, effective relationship management, and campaign success.
