Protection & Control Application Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Protection & Control Application Engineer to lead the testing and deployment of essential power system solutions. Work on-site to directly support our clients.
This position involves hands-on responsibilities, including analyzing control designs, setting relay parameters, and conducting various tests. In addition to technical accuracy, your role will also require providing guidance to colleagues during the commissioning phase, with travel opportunities within the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret protection & control designs
• Develop relay settings and testing plans
• Execute secondary injection tests and simulations
• Configure relays using IEC 61850 communication
• Guide commissioning efforts with technical insights
Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
• 5+ years in relay testing or setting file development
