Responsibilities

• Responsible in gathering and preparing related project documentations such as User Requirement Specification (URS), IT Request (ITR), test scripts and other documents.
• Responsible in reviewing system’s functional aspects in the Scope of Work (SOW), Functional Specification Document (FSD) or Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) to ensure the deliverables are aligned with the URS.
• Responsible in raising approval for CAPEX Expense Requisition (CER) for any new enhancements and to monitor payment to vendor once projects/ enhancements completed.
• Responsible in preparing test plan and conducting end to end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system health check and to ensure that all significant / mandatory fields are tested and complied with Shariah requirements and other statutory requirements.
• Responsible in preparing and updating SOP or system user guides.
