Job Overview

We are searching for high‑potential talent to support our Supply Chain Deliver team in Malaysia for a 12‑month commitment period.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence – Ensure day‑to‑day order management activities (returns, replacement, penalty payments) are executed flawlessly and on time; collect data and prepare routine reports for management review; collaborate with 4PL to ensure timely customer deliveries and project initiatives; support PAP and PTA deliverables; lead weekly Operations Review Meetings, Customs Brokerage Meetings, and 4PL Business Review Meetings.
• Audit Preparation and Readiness – Support audit documentation preparation and provide audit scribe/back‑room support.
