Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Responsibility, this role will support the delivery of a national Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) upskilling programme. Working in collaboration with partners and key stakeholders, your primary objective is to equip the community with fundamental GenAI skills to leverage the technology for good.

What you will be doing?

• Programme Management: Manage the delivery and implementation of the GenAI programme that will be delivered in 264 National Information Dissemination Centres (NADI) across Malaysia.
• Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning: Track, measure, and communicate progress and outcomes to illustrate programme impact and identify areas for improvement.
