:The Provider Quality and Resource Manager coordinates and directs the delivery of services for Cardiology providers by facilitating the direction of human and physical resources and adjusting the daily operations to meet the changing needs/ environment.
This position identifies problem areas, analyzes the situation and develops and implements process improvements. The Provider Quality and Resource Manager maintains staffing for the cardiology extenders and develops a highly skilled team through education, evaluation, and consistent feedback. This position helps establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effective practice for all clinical needs with extenders and physicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
