Provincial Enablement Graduate: Campaigns & Sales Readiness

Standard Bank Group is seeking a Graduate Specialist in Provincial Enablement to support enablement initiatives across South Africa. This role focuses on ensuring frontline teams are sales-ready and aligned with national campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with Provincial Enablement Specialists and Physical Sales leadership.

The ideal applicant should hold a Commerce or business-related degree and be a South African citizen, with no more than 12 months of work experience. This is a 12-month developmental program designed to build core capabilities in enablement and stakeholder management.
